Together with LETMI ITB, iDNA Solutions supported the design of a 4-year Human Capital Transformation Roadmap for PLN EPI, based on change management principles. The goal: reposition HC as a Strategic Business Partner (HCBP).
Scope of work included role definition, competency development, pilot implementation, and organization-wide integration.
This initiative serves as a structured yet adaptive framework to drive sustainable change and align HC with strategic priorities.
